3D Printed Items

Due to the specialized nature of our manufacturing and production process, all 3D printed models are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for these items.

• Custom 3D Prints: Not eligible for return.

• Premade 3D Prints: Not eligible for return.

Note: If your 3D print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to make it right.

Filament Returns

We gladly accept returns on 3D printer filament, provided the return meets the following strict criteria:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: The filament must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

If the vacuum seal or original packaging has been opened or tampered with, the filament is no longer eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a request to return your unopened filament.

2. Get Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Pack the filament securely. Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong color or material).

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned filament to confirm it is unopened, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
